Citibank Singapore has the International Citicard with Visa point-of-sale debit payment for customers who open the Singapore dollar Maxi Save saving account.The citicard is a atm card but does it have visa point of sale debit ? What does visa point of sale debit payment means ? Does it mean that the citicard can be signed and swiped for purchases ? please help me out
