I am 17 years old and do not have a drivers license nor a state ID. The last time I went to the DMV, they told me they required your SS card, birth certificate AND report card. Needless to say, I only had two of the three required forms of indentification.(REPORT CARD!) I haven't been able to find the time to go again, but I would really like to cash my payroll checks. The only other forms of picture ID I have is my high school badge, my cornell summer college badge and my work badge. Will these forms of identification work?
